[Frisbee] Update

Here's the update that should stand firm...

Pick-up Schedule
Monday = Mello, 6pm Full flex
Tuesday = Experienced, SIT, 5:30pm
Thursday = April pick-up, League May & June, Pick-up July & August, League September & October, SIT 5:30pm

Registration & Clinics
  a.. Wednesday, April 26th, Full Flex, 6pm to dark
  b.. Wednesday, May 3rd, Full Flex, 6pm to dark
Expectations 
  a.. Minimum $10 fee for UPA sanctioned pick-up & league processed by the Brattleboro Ultimate Group (BUG) and forwarded to the UPA or processed through instructions provided on the Ultimate Players Association Website.  Current UPA members should email drumc at sover.net to get on the list. 
  b.. Volunteers to run stations at the two Full Flex Wednesday evening clinics and take registrations. 
  c.. Post this new information to the website. 
  d.. Encourage new players to attend the clinic and registration before integrating into pick-up. 
  e.. People to get waivers signed and fill out rosters during pick-up.
  f.. All disc information will go through frisbee at both.com about the season and related ultimate news only. 
  g.. Sponsor a day of play or two.  We paid $500 for six months.  A great deal.  Alan Lasky is owed at least $460 right now.  He must get his money back. 
  h.. Reserve the Kipling house for June 29th for the party.
SIT Etiquette
  a.. We are always polite and accommodating because we are guests at SIT for six months. 
  b.. SIT students and staff will be playing disc and both parties are excited about building a good relationship.  
  c.. Park in the upper lots and walk down to the fields.  Do not park at field level.  Do not over crowd parking areas closer to the fields.  Enjoy the walk and warm-up.  Carpool.  Bike. 
  d.. Clean up after yourself and the person before you.
Full Flex
  a.. Same as it ever was but no matter how mello we get if we are going to play then a minimum  $10 fee & waiver is needed 
  b.. Full flex is not going to be used as much but we still want to play there in the future.  

WE CAN PLAY THIS THURSDAY/APRIL 20TH AT SIT - FIRST OFFICIAL DAY OF DISC - UNCROSS YOUR FINGERS AND CROSS YOUR TOES
