Good afternoon, Once again, I am the Mixed Division Coordinator for the
Western New England Section.  I have made an effort to locate as many
people as I can within our Section, but if you know of other mixed teams
in your area I'd love to hear about them.

Going to make this a quick one: 1) Sectionals will be the weekend of
September 9th and 10th.  Our section has been small enough in recent years
that we have only needed one day but there are signs that it might be a
weekend thing this year.

2) The location is not set but will be by mid-August.  The tournament will
be in Vermont, as centrally located as I can.  I am sorry I don't have a
firm location but for some reason people here won't commit fields for the
Fall until late Summer.

3) All rostering will be done on-line.  The UPA is no longer accepting
paper rosters for the Series.  You can begin to set up your team's roster
by logging on to your UPA account and selecting On-line Rostering option,
which provides directions.  Please keep in mind you can enter your teams
information over several sessions.

4) Early Registration:  In order for your bid to count towards the number
of teams we can send to Regionals you must have it in by August 26th.  
Rosters can be accepted up until the Wednesday before Sectionals but they
don't count.  So please, get your roster by this deadline.
