[Frisbee] Mixed Sectionals 2006.... yes, it is early... (fwd)

FYI everyone...

Good afternoon, For those I haven't met, I'm the mixed sectionals
coordinator for Western New England.  Over the last month I've gotten
emails from the higher-ups at UPA talking about how we (Sectional
Coordinators) should have a date and place for our sectionals by July
15th.  Which I dutifully ignored because July is so far away.

Today George Cooke got smart and reminded us that July 15th is only two
weeks away.  Which doesn't feel like such a long time.

So to business: 1) Spam, Spam, Spam: If you are getting this email and
don't want to know about mixed sectionals this year or ever, let me know.  
If there is someone you know I should be emailing, I'd appreciate hearing
that as well.

2) Date with destiny: Sectionals can be the weekend of the 9-10, 16-17 or
23-24.  The last week is not an option for me, because if it rains I will
not be available for the raindate.  My preference is for the first
weekend... it gives you more options if rain occurs.  Please poll your
teams so we don't schedule sectionals during a big frisbee wedding.

3) Location, location, location:  Last year Vermont Law School were our
hosts and that worked out great.  Does anyone have any objections to
scheduling it there again this year or do you have another option?  Based
on turn-out over the last three years, we need space for 2 fields.
