Well, the tone is being set.  No insurance no play.  Full flex doesn't
want any user groups on their fields that have not proven they re insured
with the rec dept.  Carol responded quickly to my play for a little time
cushion.

WE SHOULD NOT START PICK-UP UNTIL WE HAVE PROCESSED ENOUGH PEOPLE THROUGH
THE UPA TO PROCURE UPA SANTIONING


I have been down this road before and consider our use of full flex on
hold for two weeks.  The SIT research is paramount at this point and I
will report out what i get on that today.

So we need a press release next week for sign-ups, posters up and names
down in T - 7 days.  The UPA can process us in a week.  We can add people
on to the UPA as we go but we need a bulk of players to demonstarte
legitimacy right off the bat.

That's the dilly and the tone is not encouraging
