[Frisbee] Physical therapist

Hi All -
   
  Does anyone know of a physical therapist in the Brattleboro area that is good with sports injuries?  I hurt my shoulder (I think it's rotator cuff related) and am looking for someone who is a little more aggressive than some PTs with treatment.
